CORPORATE EVENTS

The Colonnade was designed to accommodate multi-day meeting and training sessions for business and non-profit organizations. By using the entire facility, including the Banquet Hall, three breakout rooms and theatre, companies can hold meetings, food events and move into the theatre for business, educational and award functions. Some executives have chosen to use The Colonnade as an entertainment treat for their colleagues to enjoy plays and concerts. The possibilities are endless!

BANQUET HALL

The beautiful Banquet Hall is a multipurpose room with the capacity to seat 800 for dinner or 1,500 – theatre style for performance or lecture. Any type of event is enhanced by the ambiance created by the simulated candlelight chandeliers. The room is tastefully decorated and lends itself well to most color or theme parties. This room functions well for weddings, receptions, proms, fundraising and other social and corporate events.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Our wonderful glass conference room with windows on 4 sides will accommodate up to 16 people at a board table for private meeting or counseling sessions. It is also a very attractive place to hold a small baby or bridal shower or birthday party.

FOOD SERVICE

In The Colonnade kitchen we provide facilities that are capable of serving up to 800 for any type of food event including hors d'oeuvres or a plated and served meal. We work with a great variety of caterers who can provide every type of food from informal luncheons to formal black tie dinners.

PARKING/HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

The Colonnade has 368 individual parking spaces available with several of those designated as handicapped near each entrance to the building. The entrance nearest the Banquet Hall has automatic doors for the handicapped that open at the touch of a button. All rooms, bathrooms and the Theatre are designed to be handicapped accessible as well.
